The Business Rate for Queen rooms is $129.00 plus tax, for King rooms $169.00 plus tax.
Business Rate is based on "single occupancy."
If you are traveling with your companion, add $25 to the room rate per night.
Stays for Kentucky Derby, St James Art Show and "special events" do not apply.
