• All rates are per night, single or double occupancy and range from $135.00-$220.00
• Corporate rate of $110.00 per night available for single business traveler only, – contact (Innkeeper) for more information
• Long term rates available, – contact (Innkeeper) for more information

• One night deposit 100% or 50% of two or more nights on all reservations
• CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $25.00 processing fee per room for all cancellations.If you book more than 1 room for more than 2 nights there will be a $25. per room per night charged for the cancellation. If you must cancel less than one week away for ANY reason you may be charged for any night we cannot rebook. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since we are a small inn, and we count on every reservation, we must schedule arrivals and departures carefully.

• Check-out at 11:00 a.m.

• Smoking permitted outdoor areas only
• Children over 12 years old welcome in main House.
• Children under 12 year old welcome in the Carriage House
• Available for business meetings, social gatherings, luncheons, reunions, and small weddings.

• All room rates are subject to change for Holidays and special events.
• Upon arrival, please have 2 forms of identification, Picture ID required.
